Eddy joined IMB in 2023 and is a Senior Associate. He has over five years of private equity and investment banking experience prior to joining IMB.

Prior to IMB, Mr. Gamboa was an associate at One Equity Partners, a middle market private equity firm where he focused on investing in the technology, healthcare, and industrial sectors. Eddy evaluated, structured, and executed private equity transactions, including five buyout and add-on acquisitions representing over $500 million of invested capital. Eddy began his career in the investment banking divisions at Morgan Stanley and Bank of America Merrill Lynch in New York and California, where he was also a summer analyst.

Eddy received a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Iowa Henry B. Tippie College of Business and is a member of the Tippie College of Business Young Alumni Board.
