Todd joined IMB in 2025 and is a Vice President. He brings 10 years of diverse experience from prior roles in private equity, consulting and corporate finance.

Prior to joining IMB, Mr. Adams was a Senior Associate at Atlas Holdings where he focused on investing in the industrial manufacturing and energy sectors and supporting value creation initiatives for portfolio companies. Prior to Atlas Holdings, Mr. Adams worked as a Senior Associate in Alvarez & Marsal’s Private Equity Performance Improvement group and served as a Finance Manager at GE Power. Mr. Adams began his career in GE’s rotational leadership programs, including both the Financial Management Program (FMP) and Corporate Audit Staff (CAS) where he lived and worked across four countries and three continents.

Mr. Adams received a BS in Economics from Baylor University and an MBA from Columbia Business School.
