
Mr. Sniger joined IMB in 2020 and is responsible for deal advisory and deal execution support. He brings over 45 years of construction, project management and operations expertise in the utility, power, refining, water/wastewater and transportation markets. He is currently the President & CEO at Energy Services Holdings, LLC and previously has held positions at Thirau, LLC, Riggs & Distler & Company, Inc., Jacobs Constructors, Inc., Jacobs/Sverdrup, PK+F-Mark III, Inc., and Neshaminy Constructors. Concurrently with his role at IMB, Mr. Sniger is the President & CEO at Energy Services Holdings, LLC., (“ESH”) a portfolio company of Cadent Energy Partners, a private equity firm headquartered in Rye, NY. ESH provides several services, including underground and overhead distribution lines, transmission lines and tower repair/replacement work, sub-station construction and upgrading, and high security barrier fencing for critical infrastructures.
Prior to ESH, Mr. Sniger was the President & CEO of Riggs Distler and President at Thirau, LLC, both Riggs & Distler & Company, Inc. companies engaged in the construction and maintenance of power generating facilities, oil refineries, pharmaceutical plants, overhead and underground utility distribution systems, sub-transmission lines and substations. Before Riggs Distler, Mr. Sniger served as Director of Operations at Jacobs Constructors, Inc., and also served as Senior Vice President at Jacobs/Sverdrup where he was responsible for estimating, procurement, execution and close out of approximately $1.2 billion dollars’ worth of design build projects. He was also an Executive Vice President at PKF-Mark III, Inc., an ENR Top 50 Heavy Contractor. He began his career as a Project Superintendent at Neshaminy Constructors in Philadelphia, PA.
Mr. Sniger received an A.A.S. in Civil Engineering from Temple University and a B.S.C.E. in Civil Engineering from Drexel University. He is also a member of the American Society of Civil Engineers and the National Society of Professional Engineers.
