Michael Smith is a Senior Associate at IMB Partners, where he is responsible for evaluating new investment opportunities, executing transactions, and supporting portfolio company value creation initiatives.

Prior to joining IMB, Mike was an Investment Banking Associate at FMI, where he advised clients on mergers and acquisitions within the infrastructure, construction, and industrial services sectors. Earlier in his career, he was an investment banking analyst at PNC and gained additional investment experience through roles with Cougar Investment Fund and Knightsgate Ventures.

Mike holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Norfolk State University and an M.B.A. from the University of Houston.
