Thomas Saunders is a Managing Director at IMB Partners, where he is responsible for sourcing, evaluating, and executing new investment opportunities, as well as supporting portfolio company growth and value creation initiatives.

Prior to joining IMB, Thomas spent eight years in the Energy, Power & Infrastructure Group at Harris Williams, where he advised founders, family-owned businesses, and private equity firms on mergers, acquisitions, liquidity events, and other strategic capital advisory transactions across the energy and infrastructure sectors. Earlier in his career, he held investment banking roles at BB&T Capital Markets and gained experience in corporate strategy and business development at Sonoco.

Thomas holds a Bachelor of Science from Virginia Tech and an M.B.A. from the University of Georgia.
