John Rizas is Vice President of Finance at IMB Partners, where he oversees the firm’s financial reporting, fund accounting, portfolio reporting, and finance operations.

John brings nearly 20 years of accounting and finance experience across private equity, investment management, and professional services. Prior to joining IMB, he served as Director of Finance at Pennington Partners & Co. and previously held Controller roles at Hull Street Energy and CNF Investments, where he was responsible for fund accounting, financial reporting, cash management, and investor reporting. Earlier in his career, John was a Senior Accountant at Crowell & Moring LLP and began his career in public accounting with Bond Beebe Certified Public Accountants.

John is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and holds a bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Finance from the University of Maryland.
