Founded in 1956, Farwest has led the corrosion protection industry in materials design, distribution, project engineering and installation, with customers across 20 different countries. LaFata Contract Services is headquartered in King of Prussia, PA. Founded in 2002, LaFata provides project management, engineering, and construction management services to the gas and electric utility industries in Delaware, Illinois, Maryland, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and the District of Columbia. - Global Foodservice Solutions – “GFS” (Richmond Wholesale) – The perennial food provider focused on the Department of Defense market, supplying quality food products to military dining facilities and other locations worldwide, and
- Military Retail Solutions – “MRS” (Alder Foods and Elite Brands) – A leading food supplier to the Defense Commissary Agency (DECA); exclusively sells, markets and distributes proprietary brand and national brand food products to commissaries and exchanges worldwide, serving as a valued turn-key partner.

Alder Foods is headquartered in Walpole, MA. Founded in 1963, Alder supplies branded and private label food items to the Defense Commissary Agency (DECA), an agency of the U.S. Department of Defense. The company sells a wide array of nationally recognized brands in milk and dairy, frozen seafood, and healthy living products. IMB invested in Alder in 2016, recapitalized in 2019 and is an active IMB Partner.
Richmond Wholesale Meat Company is headquartered in Richmond California. Founded in 1959, Richmond is a leading global food manufacturer which provides over 10,000 top-quality frozen, chilled and dry food products to the US Military. Richmond’s brands include Ocean Direct, American Bounty and Richmond Peak Quality (RPQ). IMB invested in Richmond in 2020 and is an active IMB Partner.
Elite Brands is headquartered in Norfolk, MA. Founded in 2000, Elite is a sales, marketing and distribution company that supplies perishable, semi-perishable and non-perishable products to DECA. Elite is the primary supplier of over 40 brands and hundreds of products to military commissaries and exchanges around the world. IMB invested in Elite in 2021 and is an active IMB Partner.

Founded in 2002, Ashburn specializes in cybersecurity and network engineering services to education, Federal, state, and local government agencies, and corporations.
