Mark Jacoub is Head of AI & Automation at IMB Partners, where he drives the firm’s automation strategy and leads the integration of artificial intelligence across investment, operational, and portfolio management processes.

With a background spanning software project management, business systems analysis, and low-code automation, Mark specializes in building efficient systems that help organizations work smarter. In his prior role, he led business process improvements and developed automation solutions that strengthened efficiency and decision-making across the organization. Over the course of his career, he has designed and implemented solutions across finance, HR, marketing, and operations  helping teams streamline workflows, improve data visibility, and reduce manual work.

Mark holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and a Master of Science in Computer Science from The American University in Cairo.
