Sharene Williams is a Managing Director focused on Utilities, Growth & Operations at IMB Partners, where she leads operational growth initiatives and value creation across the firm’s utilities and infrastructure portfolio.

Sharene brings nearly two decades of experience across the energy, utilities, and infrastructure sectors. Prior to joining IMB, she spent 13+ years at Deloitte, where she advised many of the nation’s leading utilities on growth strategy, operational transformation, grid modernization, and infrastructure investments. Her client experience includes organizations such as National Grid, Southern California Edison, Avangrid, American Electric Power, and the New York State Energy Research and Development Authority (NYSERDA). Earlier in her career, Sharene was an engineer at Con Edison, where she focused on electric transmission and distribution planning, system design, and long-term infrastructure strategy.

Sharene holds both a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Engineering in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Cornell University, as well as an M.B.A. from the NYU Stern School of Business.
