IMB DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION INVESTS IN e&e IT CONSULTING SERVICES INC. Commitment Will Accelerate the Growth and Expansion of the Premier IT staffing services firm in Central Pennsylvania and Surrounding Areas

(MECHANICSBURG, PA) – IMB Development Corporation, a leading private investment firm, today announced it has made a partnership investment in e&e IT Consulting Services, a $24 million,woman-owned Information Technology (IT) consulting firm that provides all levels of skilled staffing services in central Pennsylvania and surrounding areas. The investment will allow e&e to strategically accelerate its growth throughout the region.

Founded in 2002 by Linda and Tracy Etter, e&e has offices throughout Central Pennsylvania. e&e’s staffing capabilities include recruiting, staff augmentation, and permanent staff placement. Certified as a Woman Business Enterprise (WBE) in Pennsylvania, Virginia, New Jersey, and the City of Philadelphia, e&e’s customer base represents a wide variety of industries, including state and federal government, communication, retail, and healthcare. IMB invests in existing suppliers to Fortune 500 companies and/or government entities, typically with $15 million to $150 million in sales and $2 million to $20 million in EBITDA.
