IMB Partners was busy in 2024!

• In December 2024, we held a final close on our first institutional fund, IMB Partners SBIC I, at $125M.
• In July, IMB Partners completed a $130M dividend recapitalization of Pro Food Solutions.
• IMB team members were selected 14x as thought leaders by top industry and M&A organizations via speaking engagements and article contributions.
• Our team attended 24 industry and M&A events across the country, furthering our partnerships nationwide.
